I’m having the hardest time trying to figure out how to describe this last month. It’s been equal amounts of exhausting and rewarding and exciting. I don’t really have a lot of pictures to share, but here are some highlights from my instagram.. (username: indiejane)

Took this little squirt to the dog park, where he proceeded to squeeze himself through the fence and almost escaped.

Found lots of pretty things at an antique store. Kind of died over the little deer and the green Pyrex.

Took a little road trip to Falls Creek with the twins. They’re getting so big so fast! I swear they turned from babies to toddlers overnight.

This happened! I am pretty stoked on life right now. Not to get all mushy…but…he’s a keeper.

Ooh, beautiful Colorado. Can’t wait to share the wedding I shot there. Mm, so good.

An IHOP date with the giant. I realized later I was totally on Ambien all throughout breakfast and don’t remember much of it. (I had gone to bed late and the ambien still wasn’t out of my system.) I apparently spoiled a pretty key point in The Office for him (on purpose) but I say that’s what he gets for being years and years behind.. ;)

HORRIBLE photo but oh my gosh.. Totally spotted Zac Hanson in a Cracker Barrel in Tulsa. I had a mild freakout, Johannah didn’t even know who Hanson was and had never heard MmmBop. Feel free to tell her how sheltered she is.. It blew my mind.

I edited my little tail off the last couple of days and I’m TOTALLY caught up! I have sooo many shoots to share.

Spent the other morning with Mark.. He made pancakes, we listened to some records, and then planned a trip to Colorado next month. And Ollie is creepin.

Filled up yet another journal. Seriously one of the best feelings!

Today mi madre and I are en route to Gulf Shores, AL to meet up with my Ethiopia Family for an ENTIRE week at the beach. I can’t quite put into words how good this feels and what good timing it is. This girl needs a good getaway. I am totally caught up on work for the first time in a long long time.

But no worries.. I have posts lined up for alllll week, so it won’t be super quiet around here like it has been. ;)
