Well.. I’ll be without internet for a few more days at the very least.
Hughesnet is officially the only internet provider that gets service at my house. We have literally tried everything and every other service possible and nothing else will work out there. They’re shipping me a new modem to see if that’s the issue, and if that doesn’t work then who knows.
If you’re waiting for emails from me, hold tight. I’m going to try to sneak over to my mom’s to steal internet at least once a day, but I don’t get enough phone service at my house to be able to check anything from my phone. 3G service is a joke out there. I’m doing my best.
I cannot possibly put into words how very ready I am to move, and how very unhappy I am that I’m stuck in that house for the time being. I live in the twilight zone and I’m tired of it. It’s fairly impossible to run a business from your home when you don’t have phone OR internet.
Another sigh.

So my internet has been out for two days because I had a one second power surge and Hughesnet is the most horrid internet service out there. (Hopefully switching companies next week. I’m so over it!) It’s also my cousin’s wedding weekend. Promise I’m alive, just been internetless and busy. I’ll be back to share stuff soon!

I love stripes.
I feel like that’s fairly obvious at this point.

brown leather belt. –> thrifted.
brown suede flats. –> pacsun.
turquoise purse. –> thrifted.
I finally tried this method of getting wavy hair and was surprised that it actually worked on my hair! (My hair does not hold curl for anything.) The only issue is that with how short my hair is, it only curled about 2 inches of the bottom on the back. Still working it out.

I just realized I completely forgot to share a little DIY I contributed to A Beautiful Mess last Friday.
I shared this DIY on my blog last winter, but changed up a couple of things for Miss Elsie’s blog. I’m also excited to announce I’m now a DIY Contributor for A Beautiful Mess (alongside some lovely ladies) and will be sharing handmade things over there a couple of times a month!
