danyelle + max. –> married!
Posted on June 3, 2011
Oh heavens. Where to begin.
There were so many humorous moments throughout the day. Danyelle and Max both have the same dry and slightly odd sense of humor that I do, and I loved that when something unplanned would happen Danyelle would just shrug her shoulders.
I also could not have picked a better second shooter for the day. I had a ton of fun with Johannah and she fit right in with all us weirdos. And while I’m typically the most awkward person in a room, Jo took the cake when she decided to trip halfway through Max and Danyelle’s first dance. (No worries, I caught her…always here to save the day, you know.) It was HILARIOUS. And it made me very thankful than Danyelle and Max understand and appreciate awkwardness. haha.
Oh and the venue is a local event place that often has tea parties for little girls…so the bridal room had a huge closet full of vintage dresses, hats, boas, jewelry, etc. Johannah and I went hog wild digging through it all. I believe Danyelle called us “raccoons”.
Other than the awesome tea room, the venue ended up being the royal pain of the day. There were hardly any shaded spots for photos and the staff wasn’t exactly helpful. It was a bit of a bummer. (I can literally imagine the look on Danyelle’s face as she’s reading this. haha.)
I didn’t get as many “creative” photos as I would have liked, BUT I’ll be sharing more photos of these two in the next few weeks…we are doing their Trash the Dress session on Sunday and I can’t wait to share! It’s going to be AMAZING.
I’m done rambling now, I promise.
Wasn’t their rockabilly theme awesome? I freaked over their cake!
I had to save this one for last. Danyelle and Max did first look photos, and I thought a caption was necessary for what occurred when Max turned around.
I have some ADORABLE photos of two little kidlets to share next. I seriously “aww”ed a billion times flipping through them.
peace.

Yayayay!!!
Oh, and of course who can forget the oh-so-tempting kiss requests by Creepy Old Man.
That is the cutest cake ever! And I adore the lighting in all of these photos! So romantic <3
