I’m going to sit here and attempt to describe how much I LOVED this wedding.. I know Mary (my second shooter) is somewhere laughing at me right now.

I can’t even tell you how many times I squealed last Saturday! I actually sent Kyle a text halfway through the day and told him this was my dream wedding, only I wasn’t in it. ;)

Sweet tea was served in mason jars, the bridal party was primarily boys in suspenders and bow ties, the bride wore a simple dress, there were a ton of beautiful wildflowers, burlap, raw wood, birds/birdnests, quilts, hay bales, acre upon acre of beautiful fields and hills, an outdoor fireplace, and a first dance to “La Vie En Rose” that legitimately made me cry.

Ladies and gentlemen.. I don’t cry.

Not to mention the bridal party was SO FREAKING AWESOME. They all reminded me so much of my own friends and made the day so fun.

I turned to Mary so many times throughout the evening and went, “This is my future wedding.”

Alex and Keaton, thank you SO SO much for being the amazing people that you are…the entire day was so beautiful and stress free. It was the absolute best way to kick off wedding season!

(Shutting up now.. )

I still have a lot more to go through.. These are just a few that I got to in the last few days. More to come soon! :)

peace.

*awkward wave*

So I didn’t die…sorry I haven’t blogged. It was kind of a crappy week and I haven’t been in the mood to blog anything. Or talk to people. Or…do anything. Long story short, the Nashville trip didn’t happen because Mother Nature hates me.

I don’t wanna talk about it.

I’ll be shooting my first wedding of the season tomorrow (eep!) so I’ll be sharing some favorites soon.

peace.

Had a quick little mini-session with these two last night. Cole and I go way back. And by “way back” I mean not that long, but still. We both moved to Comanche High School at the same time and I have many fun memories with this kid.

I was digging through old photos seeing if I had any from senior year (didn’t find any)…I did, however, find these gems.

I wonder what kind of awful things I will make my children wear..

We’re rounding up the end of senior season! It feels like it went by so fast this year. Crazy.

Brittany and I ran amuck around Comanche last night for her senior pictures. Awesome awesome girl! Had sooo much fun on this shoot!

Just ran a ton of errands and picked up some new lip stain, not realizing it was going to be NEON.

Yikes. (It’s actually more of an orange-y color.)

I have another senior shoot tonight…it’s currently my last one I have booked, but there are sometimes a few stragglers. :)

peace.
