Prepare for some randomness..

1) This is basically what my week has consisted of..

I finally got all the seasons! Best show ever. I need a Chandler in my life!
(I also clearly can’t count, because I put season 9 before 8.)

2) I’m a little bit in love with this bright red purse I found at Goodwill, and the cute key pin I found at an antique store downtown.

I also found a pretty vintage dress.. I wore it for a wardrobe remix this week!

3) A teeny tiny sneak peek from last weekend’s wedding..

Can’t waaaiiit to share more!

4) I just got back from OKC a bit ago. Heather and I did some shopping (got a few cute shirts from forever 21) and watched Bridesmaids. Ohmygoodness. I could not tell you the last time I laughed so hard watching a movie. I told Heather I felt like I was watching my own life through most of it. Sooo funny.

5) After the movie Heather and I went to Beauty From Pain to check out what Gage had drawn up for my next tattoo. I got so excited about it, I booked the appointment for Monday! I’ll share more next week. :) So so happy that these guys have moved closer!

6) I heart this new album.

I do not heart the photo she chose for her cover. Selective coloring, crappy Photoshop, and that font physically hurts me. Ouch. However, I love the album!

7) I just dip-dyed the tips of my hair turquoise. :) I typically don’t care much for unnatural colors on my hair, but I think it’ll be pretty once it fades a little.

Hope everyone has an amazing weekend!

peace.

I am about to bombard everyone with photos.. But I had sooo many favorites! I’m pretty sure this is my biggest photo post to date.

I am about to start editing the wedding I shot yesterday…lots of fun shots and funny stories! Will share soon. :)

Last week’s 52 weeks submission..

Also, remember to keep those in the Joplin area in your thoughts and prayers. They had some rough weather tonight and I have a couple of friends in the area. They’re all okay, but the whole town took a tough hit. I’ve always hated tornadoes but lately they’ve done nothing more than anger me.. My friends in Alabama are still clearing up the damage from the storms several weeks ago. It breaks my heart.

Anyway.. More wedding photos soon!

peace.

I’ve totally not been in a blogging mood lately. Oops. :/

Had my last 2011 senior last Wednesday! Carter was a trooper, even though we had absolutely insane winds. Loved hanging out with him and his mom for a bit!

Also, my little(ish) brother graduated last Friday night!

We’re a very patriotic family, apparently?

I have a few more photos to edit from Alex+Keaton’s wedding last weekend, so be on the lookout for a rather large post soon. :)

peace.

I should have blogged about this several weeks ago (where has May gone?).. But I have exciting news, friends!

You know how I always drive to Nashville to get tattoos? And I always talk about how spending time at Billy Joe’s with Gage and Caleb was well worth the 11 hour drive?

Well.. Guess who just moved to Oklahoma? ;)

Gage called me about a month ago informing me he was en route to Oklahoma City, and Caleb had got a space for them to open up a shop…

…on 23rd street.. (Five minutes from Heather’s house.)

…right next door to Cuppies & Joe. (One of my favorite spots in OKC.)

In all honesty.. I peed myself a little after I got off the phone with him. Right there in Goodwill.

Heather and I stopped by to visit today and I grabbed a few shots of the shop for you guys. It looks so awesome! So not what a typical tattoo shop looks like. I loved that half the furniture was either found by the guys or made by them. (I should have got a picture of the couch they made.. Such ballers. Yea, I said “ballers”.)

They’ve also set up the front part of the shop as an art gallery! Seriously some incredible work in there. I was particularly in love with this ginormous piece made of old maps, book pages, and book covers..

A few more pieces..

Even if you’re not in need of a tattoo, swing by and check out the shop, the art, and tell the boys I sent you.

You can “like” them on Facebook here, the shop address is 733 NW 23rd Street, and the number to the shop is 405-702-7240. They’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm until 9-10pm.

Now I leave you with one of my new favorite photos..

Thank you Gage and Heather.

I’ll be back to share some senior shots soon!

peace.
