Headed up to OKC last Thursday for Kaylee’s senior shoot…normally it’s just me, my senior, and occasionally the senior’s mom will come along.. We had a whole crew at this shoot and there was never a dull moment! Lane came as my “assistant” (I use that term lightly, considering he just ran around like a hoodlum with no shoes on and threw dirty Victoria’s Secret magazines in my car). And Kaylee’s momma and friends came along for moral support/entertainment. SUCH a blast!

And oh hey, another gorgeous one.

Hannah and Kati jumped in for a couple of shots too!

And Kaylee found herself a new boyfriend. Granted he’s about 7 times her size and plastered to a wall…but love is love, you know..

While Kaylee was off changing outfits Lane and I discovered a ton of dandelions. We realized it’s almost been two years since I did Lane’s senior pictures…so we did a remake of the dandelion shot!

I came home Friday afternoon for a shoot in Duncan Friday evening and yesterday evening (both went AMAZING!), now I’m back up in OKC again. Chillin in Heather’s snuggie, per usual.

And I’ll just leave these here..

arielle. –> 2010 senior.

As much as I wanted a little sunshine for Arielle’s shoot, something about those overcast skies made her eyes look super sparkly. LOVE.
I had a blast on this shoot, and just as much fun editing them!

And seriously, somehow I get lucky and every freaking senior girl I get to photograph is gorgeous.

Thanks to everyone who left comments! I’m glad the feedback has been positive…I’m really excited about the changes so it’s good to hear that everyone else approves. :)

Today I ate lunch with my best fran and Momma Carol in OKC, had a lovely drive home with the windows down, got a snowcone, and had an awesome shoot. Twas a great day!

Oh, and look what I got in the mail!

I’M SO EXCITED!!!
I got them for a senior shoot next week, but truth be told…I will probably end up roller skating around my house.
They’re about 40 years old, so they’re not in the best shape…but they were the only pair I could find that weren’t $80. :/ I may jazz them up a bit. We’ll see!

YAAAAY!!!

Welcome to the new indiejanephotography.com…my daddy website and momma blog fell in love and made a little IJP blogsite. I’m excited to see him grow. :)

Getting this all put together was such a pain in the rear, but I definitely feel good about this! Having everything all in one place is going to make this SO much easier, on me and my clients. I’ll miss the old Ripe blog for sure, but it’ll always be there to go back to and reminisce on the old days. :)

So feel free to take a look around, push some buttons, and enjoy. :) I’ll have a senior girl post up soon. Until then, Blake and I ran around the park barefoot last Wednesday and played with the camera. It was such a beautiful day!
