Ladies and gentlemen, we are nearing the end of senior season.
That’s right…I’ve almost made it out alive. :)
Josh came to see me from Altus…super easy going guy, didn’t complain once through the whole shoot! And for a senior boy, that’s saying something. :) haha.
Sneak peek! (Your proofs are going up right now, Josh!)
Looove that little bit of light coming in in that last one! Awesome awesome!
I got bored this afternoon and attempted making pumpkin spice iced tea.

SUCCESS. *arm pump*
I love pumpkin spice anything…I’m completely against it being just a “fall” thing. So now I can have my pumpkin spice in the summa! :D
Another senior boy up next!
peace.

Okay, so I honestly debated doing Brooke and Taylor as one blog post for a very specific reason.
Let’s go back three years shall we?

(They might hate me for this. haha.)
The girls volunteered to let me shoot them when I was JUST starting out, so I dug through all the old photos the other day. I found it humorous that I ended up doing their senior photos back-to-back. Love these girls. :)
Moving right along..
*ahem*
Dear Taylor,
Stop with all the pretty. You’re hogging it.
Love, Amanda
Roller skates?
Putting your proofs up right meow, sweetpea.
I got lazy tonight and opted not to make my hair big after I showered.

I’m not a fan. It’ll be big again tomorrow.
peace.

I’ve known Brooke since my early years of high school, so I’m still wrapping my mind around the fact that she’s graduating. When did I start getting older and how do I stop it? :)
Seriously though, I’ve spent many many summer days in their backyard swimming in their pool. It was good catching up!
Oh, and surprise surprise…she’s gorgeous!
Brooke’s beautiful momma jumped in for a couple of shots.

Tears may have been shed.. ;)

I would like to take this moment to publicly thank Traci for loaning out her pool to our group of friends every summer and putting up with me. Haha! :)
And then sweet Annabelle hopped in for a minute. This dog cracks me up.

Speaking of ornery dogs…this little turd nugget decided to eat my mattress while I was away at a shoot.

Granted, I haven’t slept in my bed in over a month so it’s not like it affects me that much…but still.
I’m going to try my hardest to stay up and get the shoot I had yesterday evening done…I’m sleeeeepy but I’m so pumped about editing these!
peace.

It’s no secret that Mother Nature and I have had a bit of an ongoing battle. She likes to dump rain on me, sometimes throw in several inches of ice, and occasionally she’ll send 30mph winds my way on days I have shoots.
The wind WAS a little nuts, but look what we were blessed with at the end of the shoot..

It’s like Mother Nature was like “Stop complaining. I’m not really a jerk. Here, have a rainbow and shut up.”
We’re working on our relationship, Mother Nature and I.
Some more photos! Megan was SUCH a sweetheart!

Miss Amber was typically either looking away from the camera or thought my camera was a treat. Hilarious!

And look at these little cuties. I wanted to put one in my pocket and bring it home.

Yep. Best job ever.
Oh, and I wore these all night.

Honestly, I’m still wearing them. I’m pumped to get to use these babies on a shoot tomorrow!
Just to clarify, my client will be wearing them on the shoot. Not me.
Maybe one day I’ll be talented enough to do an entire shoot on roller skates..
peace.
