Hey guys..

Just wanted to pop in and let my readers know I’m going to take a little break from my blog…just for a few days or so. I’ve got a lot going on and I’m having a hard time getting things done, so the blog needs to be put on the back burner until I get back on my feet. I’ll be sure to update everyone on all my shoots with the next post…it’ll be a huge one.

peace.

Ohmygoodness, the wind during this shoot was INSANE. Definitely some of the tougher weather conditions I’ve worked with. Luckily Cheyenne was a trooper and despite the wind blowing her hair in a million different directions and making her eyes water, she did great..

So I totally failed on the keeping up with editing thing…I’m now three shoots behind. I’m slightly stressed, to say the least. And while I was in OKC for 24 hours Saturday/Sunday, my dogs dug a hole under the fence and got out. I came home to Baron and Rylan on my front porch, and Jane had come back in through the hole in the backyard. (She was FILTHY.)
My sweet Eden is still missing. :( I’m praying she finds her way back home…she’s not even a year old yet. I miss her so much. I’m a pretty tough girl and it takes quite a bit to get to me, but one of my babies missing breaks my heart. :( I’m having a tough time staying focused tonight.

And on that depressing note, I’m back to editing. Another all nighter ahead..So I made a Red Bull/Kool-Aid slushy. Seriously.

peace.

P.S. I need to start raising money for my Ethiopia trip again! I’ll be back over there for a month again this summer, and I’m so freaking excited about it. I’ll blog more about it when I get a chance!

I’m definitely getting to where I loooove engagement shoots, and this one was no exception. So much freaking fun. And it took me forever to pick favorites!

Fun fact: I’ve known Coby literally since I was in diapers. His mom (I’m pretty sure I called her “Aunt Kimmy” until I was like 8) used to watch my brother and I occasionally when we were little tykes.

I know a lot of people of excited to see these, so here’s a sneak peek. :)[I completely fell in love with this one. Everything fell together perfectly.]

And duh, more paint. :)
Paint shoots are seriously a blast. (For everyone involved.. I get to make a mess. haha.) I’m super excited that more people have been requesting them. I’m so freakin ready to do a paint shoot 2.0 as soon as Lane decides to stop being a turd nugget and come home again.

Okay, I need to quit blabbering and get back to work. I had a session with a gorgeous senior girl tonight…it’ll be posted next. :)

P.S. I found this at Goodwill for $4. I’m going to clean it up and make myself a new camera bag. :)

Look at me go! Getting sessions done in one night. Let’s all cross our fingers that I keep this up and avoid getting behind. Ten bucks says I screw it up tomorrow..

So my little step ladder came in handy yesterday evening…Halston is a full foot and one inch taller than me. There were several times I was on the top step of my ladder and still had to hold the camera over my head.

I need to grow.

Anyway…photos!

(Had to get a couple with the little brothers…how cute are they?)

And I’m quite sure the weather couldn’t have been more perfect yesterday. I sweated a little. It was gross in the most glorious way.

Alright…I’m going to paint a bit, then it’s sleep time.

peace.

P.S. I have nothing random to say like I normally do. Soooo….Yup. Happy Wednesday.
